In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Gina Oster leads Reflexion Health’s fiscal efforts, planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the company’s financial functions and performance as well as designing and enforcing policies to help enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
With more than two decades of expertise in corporate economic management, Gina has held key financial leadership positions not only in the realm of healthcare and medical technology, but also in the insurance, telecommunications, capital investment, and international shipping industries.
A graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) Department of Economics, Gina joined Reflexion Health in 2015 as Vice President of Finance, bringing with her a portfolio that includes direct, high-level experience with mergers and acquisitions, business process outsourcing (BPO), risk management, tax planning, insurance, and business auditing, among many other areas of expertise.
Today, Gina ranks among Reflexion Health’s team of strategic planning leaders, providing financial input, advice and leadership on key organizational and operational decisions. Gina’s role also includes leading efforts in budget development, evaluating new programs, advising regulatory action and decisions, enhancing strategies for cash positioning and cash flow projection, and other essential fiscal and strategic considerations central to the company’s fiscal wellbeing and future growth.
