Your main focus as a Product Analyst will be to support the ongoing design and development of the Reflexion product suite.  You’ll work closely with product design teams, clinical subject matter experts and engineering teams.  You should have strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial attitude.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Write detailed requirements derived from design planning meetings and design documents. Ensure our requirements are always correct, and up to date
  • Participate in detailed planning, projecting and tracking of product, design, and engineering tasks on multiple concurrent high visibility projects
  • Track progress daily to forecast risk and suggest mediating approaches
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure that our Project Tracking system (JIRA) reflects all our ship-critical tasks and represents our best approximation of reality on where we stand vs. next release
  • Maintain company's project calendar for all business groups by regularly working with key individuals from each group
  • Conduct market research to help define the future state of our products
  • Support product releases by creating/updating assets such as user guides, release notes, and tutorials
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements

What You've Done

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Agile software development
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with programmers, designers, clinicians, artists and executives
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
  • Enthusiasm for wearing different hats at a small startup and learning the requisite skills that will allow your projects, teams, and company to succeed
  • BA or BS or equivalent experience is required
  • Self-motivated/driven

  • Focus on high quality deliverables
  • 1-3 years experience as a business, product, or project management analyst
  • Comfortable having conversations about technology
  • Fun, can-do approach to working
