We’re proud to announce that Reflexion Health has won the ConV2X 2019 Innovation Ignition Pitch competition for our VERA telerehab platform.
An annual competition focused on innovation, the ConV2X event hosts dozens of “C-level honored market leaders” with the goal of “validating blockchain and telehealth technologies with evidence based cases and discussion.” Held in Boston on October 15, this year’s theme was “Proving Market Value with Pragmatic Innovation in Healthcare.”
“We are excited and grateful to be recognized by such a foreword-thinking organization and such a distinguished panel of judges,” Reflexion Health President and CEO Joe Smith stated in a news release issued by Partners in Digital Health, the event’s sponsor.
Dr. Smith represented Reflexion at the event, showcasing our FDA-cleared and clinically proven VERA virtual physical therapy assistant. A panel of judges “representing some of the nation’s greatest digital health leaders,” including members of Harvard Medical School and UC San Diego School of Medicine, chose VERA as the telehealth winner. (A winner in the blockchain cateogory was also announced.)
According to the news release, the ConV2X 2019 Innovation Ignition Pitch were based on a range of criteria ranging from “ability to impact users on agnostic platforms for broad access to quality care” to “caliber and expertise of team.” You can get the full rundown of qualifying criteria at the ConV2X announcement.
