As part of our new partnership with Delta Joint Management — one of the country’s first physician-driven, value-based outpatient commercial total joint bundled programs — we’re proud to host a symposium at this year’s AAHKS with the four orthopedic surgeons who founded the practice.
We invite you to join us on Thursday, November 1 at 10 a.m. CT — that’s the first morning of the 2018 American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) Annual Meeting — for a session called “Physician-Driven Bundles in Outpatient Total Joint Surgery: A New Value-Based Paradigm.”
In the session, Dr. Frank Aluisio, Dr. Stephen Lucey, Dr. Matt Olin, and Dr. Frank Rowan, co-founders of Delta will discuss how practices can build self-convened, commercial outpatient bundled payments models. And further illustrating their expertise to do so, the four surgeons have founded Valere Bundled Solutions, a guidance and advisory group that helps organizations apply an effective model for bundled payments along with the best possible tools, standards, partnerships, and best practices.
“Learn how to shift site of service as you transition from fee-for-service to value-based care using bundled payments in outpatient joint replacement. Armed with over a year of patient data, these private-practicing joint surgeons will explain the critical clinical and business pillars needed to ensure a successful transition to this new health care model.”
This event is separate from the official program planned by the AAHKS Annual Meeting Program Committee and does not offer AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
