Reflexion Health is pleased to name Patrick S. Sterlina as the company’s new Vice President of Engineering. Reporting to Chief Technology Officer Dr. Sudipto Sur, Patrick will lead Reflexion Health’s engineering and development teams.
Patrick has a proven record of designing, testing and delivering advanced technology solutions in highly complex and competitive industries. His expert knowledge of quality and regulatory standards, coupled with his deep medical device and product development expertise, will strengthen Reflexion Health’s engineering capabilities while driving the next phase of Reflexion Health’s growth.

Patrick brings more than 30 years of engineering, project management and product development experience to the Reflexion Health team. Most recently, he served as the Director of Product Development at TransEnterix Surgical, a medical device company that is pioneering the use of robotics to improve minimally invasive surgery. Prior to TransEnterix, Patrick held leadership roles at InnerPulse and TriVirix, early-stage medical device companies.
Patrick received his MBA from the State University of New York in Albany and his BS in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York in Utica.
